- How much does Tallgrass cost?
- Trainer is free forever. Elite is $9.99 a month, or $8.99 a month billed yearly ($107.88). Master is $19.99 a month, or $17.99 a month billed yearly ($215.88). Prices in US dollars before tax; Canadian prices are CA$13.99 and CA$27.99 a month. Legend is invite-only for sellers.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Manage billing; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your collection is never deleted.
- What happens to my data if I go back to Trainer?
- Nothing is deleted. Extra boxes and sealed lots stay visible and exportable; you just can't add more beyond the Trainer limits.
- When are the AI features coming?
- Soon, on every plan — Trainer included. The AI chatbot, photo lot reports and listing drafts are in testing; every account gets an email the day they open.
- What is Legend?
- An invite-only plan for B2B and B2C sellers: no limits on anything, a direct line to the team and, soon, MCP / API access to seller platforms. Request an invite and tell us what you sell.
- Which currency am I charged in?
- US dollars or Canadian dollars — whichever you pick at checkout. Prices are before applicable taxes.
