Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how we design and build Tallgrass, not an afterthought. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we check new features against them as we build.
What we have done
- The whole site can be used with a keyboard, with a “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
- Keyboard focus is always visible.
- Card images have text alternatives (the card’s name); decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Colours come from a small set of design tokens checked for sufficient contrast, in both the light and dark themes.
- Charts are accompanied by the same data as text or tables.
- The site follows your system’s light or dark preference, and you can switch theme at any time.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labelled controls so they can be navigated with assistive technologies.
- The interface is available in English, French and Spanish.
Known limitations
- Card scans are pictures of printed cards. The card’s name is given as text, but the text printed on the card image (attacks, abilities) may not be fully available as text for every card.
- Some pages we link to — marketplaces such as TCGplayer and eBay — are not under our control, and their accessibility may differ.
- Tallgrass is new and evolving. We haven’t had an independent audit yet; we review it ourselves, including keyboard navigation and automated checks, and fix issues as we find them.
Tell us about a barrier
If you have trouble using any part of Tallgrass, please tell us through the Contact page or at red@tallgrass.io. Include the page address and a short description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you use if you can. We will answer within 10 business days and, where we can, provide the information you need in another way in the meantime.
