Affiliate & shop disclosure

Card pages include links to TCGplayer and eBay so you can see listings or buy and sell cards. Tallgrass is not a party to anything you do on those sites: their own terms, prices, fees and privacy policies apply.

For now, these links are ordinary links and earn us nothing. In the future, some of them may become affiliate links: if you buy something after following one, the marketplace may pay JOCO INC a commission. This never costs you anything extra.

When that happens:

• affiliate links will be identified as such on the page, next to the link;
• they will be marked in the code as sponsored links (for search engines);
• this page will be updated to list the programs we take part in.

We aim to disclose these relationships clearly and in the spirit of the rules on endorsements and advertising that apply in Canada, the United States and Europe.

Prices and collection values on Tallgrass come from market data (TCGplayer, converted to CAD with European Central Bank reference rates). Whether a link is an affiliate link, and whether we sell a product ourselves, never changes the prices we display or how we rank or sort cards.

The owner of Tallgrass also operates, or will operate, a separate online store selling sealed products and single cards (a separate online shop). To be transparent:

• any link or mention of that shop on Tallgrass is labelled as ours;
• Tallgrass’s price data is not adjusted in favour of the shop;
• purchases in the shop are governed by the shop’s own terms of sale and privacy policy, not by the Tallgrass terms;
• your Tallgrass collection data is not used to market the shop to you.
